Mr Thomas Carsten from Telca Developments was responsible for the construction of our family home in the Country Lane Estate. From the initial engagement with the architect right through the construction phase until the point when the house was delivered, he demonstrated a high level of professionalism and expertise. The exterior of the house had a high degree of details as we used different combinations of face-brick and the finishes were superbly created by his team. 

The project was delivered on time and within budget. He was accommodating when we had to request the changing of the layout of one of the rooms and arranged for the plans for that area to be amended. He continually kept us informed of any obstacles they successfully overcame during the construction and finishing.   

10 years down the line the house has not shown a single crack and we are still very happy with the finished product that he delivered to us.
